This space exists because I needed it. I needed somewhere that could hold the paradox of being both soft and fierce, grounded and mystical, silly and wise. A place where I could ask big, soul-stirring questions without rushing to fix myself. A space where the sacred and the psychological could dance together without judgment.
I’m not a guru. I’m not here to market enlightenment or tell you to manifest your trauma away through visualizations.
I’m here to tell the truth. To the best of my ability.
And the truth is: healing is not linear. Self-discovery is not always cute. And being deeply introspective in a loud, surface-level world is both exhausting and so exquisitely beautiful.
Here at Psyche & Shadow, you’ll find the tools I use to make sense of it all: astrology, Jungian psychology, the Enneagram, goddess archetypes, shadow work, spiritual curiosity, and a whole lot of special interest rabbit-holes. You’ll find long-form reflections that hold depth without preaching, mysticism that isn’t disconnected from reality, and a voice that’s not afraid to be a little raw. (Okay, sometimes maybe a LOT raw. If you're offended by the occasional overshare, this may not be the space for you.)
I believe in turning wounds into wisdom, emotions into art, confusion into clarity, and heartbreak into personal mythology. I believe that honoring the shadow is part of embodying the light. And I believe that understanding ourselves more deeply is how we show up more fully for the people we love—and for the world that needs us.
